"Zero Defect Quality" - The DNA of SAH Leduc
At SAH Leduc, we are committed to providing our customers with impeccable service. Our quality control team carries out daily checks, hydraulic tests, and rigorous validation processes on our products and machines to ensure zero defects.
At every stage of our production process, specific criteria are closely monitored in our three laboratory benches: resistance, cleanliness, metrology, leak-tightness, traceability, and more. Our high level of excellence enables us to continually improve our manufacturing processes and create value for our customers, shareholders, and employees.
In 1998, SAH Leduc received its first ISO 9001 certification, which is a testament to our exemplary management of hydraulic cylinder production quality. Two years later, SAH Leduc was also certified with ISO 14001 for the quality of our environmental management. Both labels are still held by our company today, thanks to our constant improvement in our knowledge and production process.
As a historical customer of SAH Leduc, the Japanese car manufacturer Toyota has awarded us, between 2008 and 2014, six consecutive prizes in the "Delivery Excellence" category in Just-in-Time. Between 2014 and 2018, Toyota also awarded us "Supplier Certification" for our performance in "Quality Cost and Delivery Time".
